Welcome!
Allow us to introduce you to the premium products that the Ferbežar Estate has been producing for many years in the traditional Slavonian way, following old family recipes and using only the finest meat from Black Slavonian pigs. We want to share with you our entire production process – from breeding the pigs in oak forests under natural and ecological conditions with carefully selected breeds, to the final product you will enjoy with your family. This method of breeding ensures the perfect balance of fat within the meat.
Our products are also made with organic spices grown on family farms in the fields of Slavonia.
The products contain no lactose, no gluten, and no preservatives.

Tradition and family
The goal of our production is to bring the spirit of Slavonia to your table. In preparation, we follow an old family recipe. The production of cured meat products is our heritage, passed down through generations at the Ferbežar estate. For us, this is not just a job but a passion for creating something of the highest quality.



Our Own breeding farm
A farrowing unit with safety restraints ensures the protection and security of newly born piglets. It prevents unwanted consequences for both sows and piglets. The farrowing house also includes pens for weaned piglets up to 30 kg, where they stay until they build resistance and are ready to return to a normal environment. All facilities are regularly cleaned, ensuring top hygiene and living conditions for the animals. The space is comfortable due to an advanced ventilation and purification system, as well as regular cleaning with modern equipment. The piglets’ diet is carefully monitored, providing them with all necessary grains and supplements under veterinary supervision and care.
Outdoor fattening
Outdoor fattening is carried out with particularly resilient and high-quality breeds resistant to all weather conditions, such as the Black Slavonian pig and Duroc, as well as the special German Landrace breed, which provides the ideal meat structure and balance between fat and muscle. Outdoor fattening takes place under constant veterinary supervision and without the use of antibiotics. The average fattening period is 12–15 months.

Traditiona feeding
Feeding is carried out with special emphasis on providing a high-quality and balanced diet based on premium grains. Above all, in pig nutrition we use fresh and dried clover, corn, barley, wheat, soy, and sunflower — WITHOUT additives or artificial growth enhancers. With this type of feeding, we achieve top-quality meat free from harmful substances such as antibiotics, nitrates, polyphosphates, gluten, and lactose. The process fully complies with ecological standards.



All-Day supervision
Supervision is carried out 24 hours a day by qualified staff who are provided with accommodation equipped with all necessary facilities and equipment within the Slavonian House. The Slavonian House is arranged in a traditional Slavonian style.

Monitoring of quality and aging
Feeding is carried out with special emphasis on providing high-quality and complete nutrition using premium grains. Above all, in pig feeding we use fresh and dried clover, corn, barley, wheat, soy, and sunflower — WITHOUT admixtures or artificial growth additives. With such a diet, we achieve top-quality meat that does not contain harmful substances such as antibiotics, nitrates, polyphosphates, gluten, or lactose. The process meets all ecological standards.
