Sausage – Traditionally, Slavonians and Baranja are known as great lovers and connoisseurs of sausages. The basic ingredients of sausage are mostly pork, spices salt, garlic and pepper that give flavor and prevent the development of microorganisms. Selected ground sweet or hot pepper or both spices are added. Differences exist in taste and the addition of spice ratios and the addition of more spices and types of meat.
