PRODUCT OFFER

OPG Vlado Ferbežar specializes in traditional homemade cured meat products. All products offered through our online store are accompanied by photographs. We strive to ensure maximum accuracy of information; however, minor discrepancies in the description or appearance of products may occur due to differences in screen display.

PRICES AND CURRENCY

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. OPG Vlado Ferbežar reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The valid price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

PAYMENT METHODS

Customers may pay for products by:

  • Bank transfer (online banking)

  • By agreement – individual offer for personalized orders

In the case of special agreed conditions, the customer will be informed via e-mail before the order is finalized.

DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out within the Republic of Croatia and, if necessary, internationally. We use reliable delivery services, and products are insured during transport. The delivery period is usually 1–5 working days from payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

The delivery cost may be included in the price or specified separately during the ordering process.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has no right to unilaterally terminate the contract and return products, except in cases where the product is damaged during delivery or does not correspond to the product description on the website.

The cost of return is borne by the customer, unless an incorrect or defective product was delivered.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will be resolved amicably whenever possible. Otherwise, the competent court in Vinkovci, Croatia, shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with Croatian law.

AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

OPG Vlado Ferbežar reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions of Business at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect on the date of publication on the website.
