13th International Prosciutto Fair Tinjan – Gold medal OPG Vlado Ferbežar

The International Prosciutto Fair is one of the most important and prestigious gastronomic events in Istria, with prosciutto—known among Istrians as “vijulin”—at the center of attention. Exhibitors from Croatia, Italy, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Spain, and Austria take part in this gastronomic event, which attracts more than 20,000 visitors who enjoy great entertainment, top-quality delicacies, and an excellent atmosphere. OPG Vlado Ferbežar has been winning the gold medal for ham quality for the fifth year in a row.
